[Skin Concept] Royal Priestess Soraka

I am a Soraka main and while i love her skins i feel she needs a new one ESPECIALLY after you reworked her into the dirt.

Design: Soraka would look human in this skin, kind of like divine soraka, however she will be wearing a crown that is white with blue gems and the gems will glow. Her eyes will be a bright blue, Her skin can vary, Sorakas staff would still have the cresent at the top HOWEVER it will be a large staff with white/silver gold for the staff body and where the cresent is there would be a blue gem that glows and gives off a small rain fall of eccense. Her outfit will be a big white dress with silver or blue armor, she will have gems or medallions hanging off the outfit to symbolize her healing power. Her Q will be a white glowing circle and the symbols in the circle will correlate with the stars she was once guided by, her W will be a blue or white glowing pass over heal and the effect on the team mate would be a spiral of the heal going up their body or it would do what it does now where it just explodes in the color of the heal which would be white or light blue, her E would be a mix between white and blue as they spiral and swirling making it look like its draining the target which would add to the effect of the root. (no slows added i mean the effect would make it look that way to add effect to the effect of the ability) and finally her ult, It will be a bright glowing blue or white from her eyes and staff gem and crown gem as they heal pops and everyone on the map glows white or blue for a short period as they get healed. PLEASE CONSIDER THIS OR AT LEAST DESIGN A REALLY COOL RAKA SKIN PLEASE I BEG YOU I NEED A NEW RAKA SKIN I LOVE THAT CHAMP.
