Riot Pantheon - Skin Idea

It just hit me that I haven't seen any Riot champions. I have seen police themed ones, but I feel pantheon could have the crowd control shield and baton that Riot officers use. I feel it would be a clever idea to because Riot is the developer. Pantheon could have new voice clips to go with his skin. Like: "Hault!" "Subject is being belligerent!" "You have the right to remain silent! Forever..."
