Bots with Masteries

Heres a thought instead of creating more difficult bots why don't they just make bots with masteries. You know so they could use a system of either randomly generated combinations of masteries. Or the most used masteries per champion at the time. Just think of how much more difficult it could be if a bot could use thunderlords decree on you.
