Champion I came up with

I was just thinking about a champion since we don't have an actual wizard/mage themed character (discounting because he's like a wannabe wizard). Anyway, what if there was a champion who's auto attacks were simply ability power, but who's abilities scaled off of crit strike? Pretty much an APC, so they would for sure be in the bot lane, but I thought it would be cool since the closest we have to that right now is . The basic animation would be something like a mixture between and Zenyatta's attacking animation from Overwatch where they create orbs like 's W and then fling them out like Zenyatta's orbs. Could definitely be more deeply designed withing Riot but I'd like to hear people's thoughts. I have no clue what abilities this champion would have.
