New Fate Skin Idea?

Of all the characters not to have one, I'm honestly surprised doesn't have a Debonair skin. The casino/fancy theme is perfect for his aesthetic, and he could be, like, the Blackjack dealer at the casino, constantly causing it to rake in dough because of the amount of rigging to the game he does. Any thoughts?
