FEAR ME! (Fiddlesticks Update Concept)
Fiddlesticks is a pretty outdated champion and has a lot of things about him that just feel clunky to use:
~ Drain. Very outdated and there is a way to give Fiddlesticks a heal, play off his scarecrow aspect, reduce gold reliance as a jungler and support, and have his healing where he feasts off your fears! More on my idea about this later.
~ More emphasis on Fiddlesticks' ability to fear his enemies, make them constantly afraid, and my idea is turning his long duration fear to his passive and his abilities use micro-fears which the first fear duration can be a lot longer if he lands an ability on an enemy champion within X seconds when he is unseen by the enemy team making the enemy team be especially afraid of Fiddlesticks when he is hidden by the fog of war.
~ Fiddlesticks is pretty one-dimensional in the way he plays, I want to increase his skill expression greatly so one Fiddlesticks player can play him their own way to another Fiddlesticks player. Skill expression is differentiating play styles between players, it is NOT about whether the champion requires a lot of skill or little skill to play as, this also increases the level of variation between games since the games are less obviously of how it plays out.
~ Between both jungle and support Fiddlesticks, his Dark Wind (E) feels absolutely terrible to use since jungle may not clear the camp properly and single camps just suck with no bounces, while support Fiddlesticks hates the crow randomly jumping to the minions and pushing the wave or putting spell thief on cooldown because it killed a minion. I like the random element to it, but not how it is implemented, so I am thinking it should be in a controlled area where the crow randomly bounces around in and damages enemies every time it passes through them, with the first pass always move straight away from Fiddlesticks, hits its "wall", and randomly bounces everywhere.

Fear Me (Passive):
Fiddlesticks' abilities will cause struck enemies to be afraid for 0.25 second, increases to 1 second for the next ability cast if Fiddlesticks has been unseen by the enemy team for 2 seconds, lasting for 6 seconds upon being seen by enemy champions. Non-champions are feared for twice as long.
Whenever Fiddlesticks damages enemy champions that are currently terrified and epic monsters, then he heals for 30 - 80 (+30%AP) health.
Nightmare Feather (Q):
Cooldown: 1 second; Cost: 32/34/36/38/40 mana; Range: 575 units
Fiddlesticks blasts a crow feather at the target enemy, dealing 20/35/50/65/80(+25%AP) magic damage, refunding 75% of the cost if this damages a monster or executes its target.
Scarecrow (W):
Cooldown: 12/11/10/9/8 seconds; Cost: 70/80/90/100/110 mana; Range: 1250 / 600 units
Fiddlesticks creates a Scarecrow at the target location for 2 seconds, revealing a large area around it, that looks exactly like him.
After 2 seconds or the Scarecrow takes champion damage, the Scarecrow will explode and deal 100/140/180/220/260(+90%AP) magic damage to struck enemies and doubling Fear Me's terrify duration, 75% damage against minions.
Dark Wind (E):
Cooldown: 12 seconds; Cost: 85/95/105/115/125 mana; Range: 825 / 400 units
Fiddlesticks creates a zone at the target location for 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2 seconds and summons a crow to fly through it, upon reaching the zone's walls will cause it to randomly bounce around it until the zone disappears, dealing 60/75/90/105/120(+45%AP) magic damage every time it passes through enemies, 100% increased damage against monsters.
Crow Storm (R):
Cooldown: 130/100/70 seconds; Cost: 100 mana; Range: 1250 / 600 units
Fiddlesticks channels in place for 1.5 seconds and creates a harmless image of himself at the target location, and able to cast Scarecrow while channeling.
After 1.5 seconds, Fiddlesticks teleports to his image's location and summons a murder of crows around him for the next 5 seconds, dealing 125/200/275(+50%AP) magic damage per second to nearby enemies. These murder of crows will cause Scarecrow to explode if they get near it.
