@Reav3 I've created a full rework idea breakdown for Teemo, and I would like your thoughts.

PASSIVE Toxic Shot - Teemo's auto attacks deal bonus magic damage (scaling based on level, x(AP), and y(AD)).

Q_ Blinding Dart_ - Teemo shoots a poison tipped dart in a straight line, piercing minions and stopping on the first champion hit. Upon hitting an enemy champion they become blinded, causing them to have their vision radius reduced to melee range for 2 seconds.

W Noxious Trap - Teemo throws out a mushroom that arms itself and goes invisible 2 seconds after being placed. Once stepped on, it deals damage over 2 seconds in an AoE. Teemo can hold up to 3 mushrooms, and they recharge over time. (They would have half as much base damage as his current shrooms do, with the same scaling, and wouldn't slow like current ones do.)

**E **Hidden Yordle - Upon activation, Teemo immediately becomes invisible. For the first second Teemo becomes hasted, gaining movement speed and being able to move while invisible. Teemo becomes hasted again for the first second upon breaking invisibility. If teemo enters brush while invisible, he remains invisible until leaving the brush or taking action other than moving.

R Big Boom Shroom - Teemo throws a large mushroom trap to the target area, which becomes armed and invisible 1.5 seconds after landing. This trap lasts for 15 seconds before becoming a "dud"(dies and does nothing, similar to heimer super turret). Reactivate this ability to have Teemo remotely detonate it once armed, causing every unit within a 400 unit radius to become poisoned, taking X damage over 3 seconds and being slowed by 40% for the duration. (Slow % increases by 5% per rank, up to 50% at level 16) While poisioned, units (champions, minions, and monsters) become "dizzy", causing them to miss their auto attacks for the duration of the ult.

No, I have over 700 games on my man teemo and this would completely gut his ability to control the map. His staple point is using his shrooms to setup an area and to kite around. Taking the slow out makes the whole shroom thing obsolete. The bigger shroom which can be auto detonated wouldn’t work because the throwing range is so close that a squishy immobile mage lil teemo would get blown up before getting to use it. Personally I would do this.

Passive: Toxic Shot, But also make it so that His first auto out of brush does 2% of current hp. (The current invisible passive is redundant and only good for low elo ambushes)

Q : Blinding Dart, W : Passive : teemo gains bonus move speed while out of combat Active: Teemo can bounce off a shroom to leap 4 units in any direction, causing the shroom to detonate after the leap. Dash has 3 charges. 90 second cooldown. 30 seconds per charge.

E : Scouts Eye Active: Teemo uses his scouts instincts for 4 seconds, allowing him to reveal nearby enemies . Sighted enemies gain “Sighted” debuff, for the duration of the debuff “2 seconds” Sighted Causes enemies to tick for 5/6/7/8/10 magic damage

R: Shrooms. Same as before
