Charecter concept

So this charecter I created in my knoggin i have been brewing with the past few days and I am curious on what others think. So he comes from a newly discovered tribe of people. The tribe are like 2 humans conjointed at the hip. So 2 heads 4 arms and 4 legs would be what he would look like. The charecter would represent his tribe as he is the cheif and strongest tribe member. His abilities would be as follow Passive- Have not thought of this one E(I'm starting with this one as it changes how he fights slightly, also you would have to start with it) Composure - He changes into either an attack mode or defense so he will start out holding 2 sheilds in the middle hands and 2 swords in the outer hands and his two shields will block 5% damage in the front but with E he will change stance to an attack mode (7,5,4,3,2 seconds to change while changing he cannot attack or block any damage) where he holds his shields in the outer hand pointing them to his side and will only block 2.5% damage on the side. He will hold both swords in the middle hands and gains a double attack. Q (no name...) defense stance - he swings both swords towards the middle of body doing damage in an arch in front of him and slows Q( double tap? sounds good to me xp) attack stance - he swings both swords down in front of him causing anything in short distance in front of him to be stunned W(shield bash?) defense stance - He dashes foward a short distance hits the enemy with his shield and knocking them up W(spiral sword) attack stance - dashes foward with both swords pointed foward if hits slows enemy R(iron wall) defense stance - He puts away his two swords and pulls out his other 2 shields putting 2 in the front and 2 in the side he cannot attack during this time blocks 10% damage in the front and sides his shields act like braums E R(No time to think) attack stance - he throws his shields far infront of him creating a wall like anivia's and pulls out his other two swords doing 4 hits a basic attack does not block damage anywhere

Please tell me what you guys think I hope you like it if you have any suggestions i would love to hear them i am new to charecter creating and wanted to throw out a really cool idea i have been brewing.
