Whixie, the Arrow of Life and Death
Whixie [wiks - see] is a part of a mountainous yordle race deep in the Freljord. These types of yordles are on average around 30 cm taller than other yordles and usually have white and/or grey fur and hair, sometimes on the more rare side of things will you find some of these yordles with black fur and/or hair.
Whixie is an ability power marksman down in the duo-lane with an unique aspect where she can select a target enemy champion granting them immunity from death by sparing its life, she does this to prevent the target from being able to execute targets. "The spared shall spare the lives of others."
Basic Attack Range: 575 units Movement: 335 units per second
Arrow of Death (Passive): Whixie's basic attacks are different than the norm, instead of dealing (+100%AD) physical damage she deals (+100%base AD)(+60%AP) magic damage and true damage to minions.
Every 1% critical strike chance Whixie has increases her ability power by 1%.
Whixie's basic attacks apply spell vamp and similar effects in full.
Hard Shot (Q): Cooldown: 1 second; Cost: 1 Charge + 40 Mana; Range: 1050 units Whixie fires an arrow in the target direction to deal 80/90/100/110/120(+50%AP) magic damage to all enemies struck, this deals 40% increased damage if fired while Whixie is airborne.
Whixie creates a charge every 13/12/11/10/9 seconds up to a maximum of 2/3/4/5/6 charges held at one time time.
Mountain Hop (W): Static Cooldown: 2 seconds; Cost: 95/75/55/35/15 Mana Whixie does a giant leap into the air for 1.5 seconds granting her 300 units bonus range to her basic attacks while in the air, she cannot move while airborne. Whixie gains 13/16/19/22/25% magic penetration while airborne.
Whixie cannot be clicked on by enemy champion basic attacks and targeted abilities while airborne, but she is still affected by these types of effects prior to becoming airborne.
Sacrificial Vengeance (E): Cooldown: 10/9/8/7/6 seconds; Cost: 50 Mana; Range: 850 units Whixie places a curse on an ally unit for the next 1.5 seconds, if the target dies it deals 10/11/12/13/14%(+1% per 50AP) of its maximum health as true damage to the killer.
Whixie can sacrifice 8% of her maximum health to curse herself for 1.5 seconds causing the next basic attack against her to reflect back at the attacker instead causing it to deal 40/55/70/85/100% increased damage.
Arrow of Life (R): Cooldown: 140/120/100 seconds; Cost: 100 Mana; Range: 2500 units Passive: Whixie can basic attack her allies healing them for 20(+10/15/20%AP) health on-hit.
Active: Whixie marks an enemy champion with her arrow of life granting them immunity to death for the next 10 seconds, during this time that target can only damage its enemies until they reach 30/40/50% health and at that point they become immune to its damage while the target is still immune to death.
Whixie can cast Arrow of Life again to end the damage immunity effect early, but she sacrifices 20% of her maximum health in the process, cannot be recast if she is below 20% health.
NOTE: Whixie interacts with Runaan's Hurricane slightly differently where the bolt damage is 25% of her main basic attack damage which can critically strike this allows the damage to scale with ability power; and the bolts deal magic damage (true damage to minions) instead of physical damage. Intention of this champion is you will build ability power items, something like Will of the Ancients for life steal later, and crit/attack speed items like Statikk Shiv/Rapid Firecannon/Runaan's Hurricane and all that.
