Zaun Robot Champion concept (explosives/electrical devices)
I am bad with names so I am leaving those out. I envision this being a robot built by Zaun like Blitzcrank except built specifically as a war machine. He is melee with low attack speed, high damage, and above average defense stats intended to be a tanky mage.
P:
Being at max capacity causes basic attacks consume a device to detonate upon hitting the target enemy dealing 70-230 (+50% AP) magic damage in a 300 unit range depending on level. Basic attacks while not at maximum capacity will decrease the cooldown of Q by 1 second.
Q:
Cost: 45/50/55/60/65/70 | Range: 1000/300 | Cooldown: 4/12 | Damage: 0/60/100/140/180/220 (+50% AP); 0/30/50/70/90/110 (+20% AP) Throw a device at a target location dealing damage and slowing enemies around the landing point by 30% for 2 seconds. Electricity pulses between devices within 700 units every 2 seconds (this is lowered with CDR) dealing magic damage. You can carry a maximum of 5 devices at a time. Placing a 9th device will cause the oldest one to detonate dealing the same damage as your passive.
You start with Q at level 1 and it ranks to level 6. Standing on a device will deactivate the pulses and staying on it for 2 seconds will destroy it. Jungle monsters will aggro to your location like normal when taking damage from pulses meaning that they will move towards you wherever you are on the map walking out of the pulse damage range resetting unless you are there to tank them so they stay in the electricity. Devices provide no vision. Each device placed begins pulsing immediately after being placed and has a separate cooldown from all others.

Cost: 50/60/70/80/90 | Range: 500/300 | Cooldown: 16/15/14/13/12 | Damage: 70/110/150/190/230 (+60% AP) Jump to a targeted device causing it to explode upon landing on it. All enemies hit are slowed by 20/30/40/50/60% for 2 seconds.
E:
Toggled ability | Cost - 0 Modify devices to be stealthed and stun enemies for 1.5 second upon landing. Increases the mana cost of Q by 100%/80%/60%/40%/20%.
R:
Cost: 100 | Cooldown: 110/90/70 Instantly gain all 5 devices and supercharge all active devices to pulse every half second for 4/5/6 seconds.
Devices placed after Ulting also pulse faster.
