Lt Qa The Lowlander {Champion Concept}

STORY The Rakkor have many groups of warriors within their culture. one of those groups would be the Olanis heavy infantry Troops. Usually refered to by many as the "Lowlanders" for their habit of training at the base of Mt.Targon. They are Currently lead Lt.Qa. A man of great skill using an ancient great blade called "Lovanian" said to be one of the first weapons Rakkor blacksmiths forged. his strength and ferocity is only matched by his skill and dedication. Trained since he could hold a weapon like all Rakkor. Qa belives the Rakkor have a right to become the greatest power in all of Valoran instead of sitting still on top of a mountain doing in his view, nothing. While Qa still fights, he shall see a Rakkorian Empire.

APPEARANCE Qa wears heavy armour with a shield on his back {purely there for decoration} he carries a sword that has the same shape and size of a Scottish Lowlander {A type of two handed blade} In-Game he is identical

BASE STATS {level 18} not amazing at these HP 1.7k HP regen 6 per second Manaless AD 160 Attack speed .96 Attack range 175 {same as xin or j4 but still basically melee} Movespeed 330 Armour 125 MR 85

ABILLITES ROLE FIGHTER/ Support Passive Olanis Armor Qa armor will prevent all forms of DoT damage, it will not prevent secondary effects of the DoT, only the damage. Q Cleaving Wrath 10 second CD Range directly in front of Qa going slightly to his sides Qa Charges forth with his blade, he will travel roughly 260 units striking all enemies with 80/160/240 + Qa's AD. Enemy Champions caught will be draged with him and slowed by 70% once they escape or Cleaving Wrath stops they will be slowed by 20% for 2.5/3/3.5 seconds. Enemies caught are demoralized and deal 15% reduced damage for 1.6 seconds. W Fury Cutter Auto attack modifier 5 second CD Qa Furiosly cuts at an enemy champion's exposed flesh dealing 70/140/220 damage + 70% of Qa's AD. The damage will be cut in half for the inital damage, and do the rest as a bleed. While bleeding enemy champions have Grevious Wounds. The bleed will last a second for each 100 damage the bleed is. While bleeding enemy champion is Demoralized dealing 25% reduced damage. E Furious Charge 8 second CD 450 units semi-skillshot {Is point to click but if the enemy is fast can be dodged and is interceptable} Qa Surges forth at an enemy target dealing his AD as damage. Should the Target be an Enemy Champion Amonis will slam them into the ground stunning them for 1 second and slowing all nearby enemies by 90% for 1.5 seconds. Nearby allied champions from either Amonis starting point or ending point become inspired dealing 20% increased damage. R Victory or Death 70 second CD 600 units around Amonis Qa will passively gain 5%/10%/15% of his HP as AD {one-way} Qa shouts a mighty War Cry Demoralizing enemy champions initally fearing them for 1.5 seconds and reducing their damage by 45% for 3 seconds. Also will inspire all nearby allied Champions increasing their damage by 35% for 3 seconds.
