Vel'Koz Skin Idea!

Everybody remember Ursula from the Little Mermaid? Boom. Lets make a Vel'koz skin off of that. A water based skin, this could have been done for the pool party event, but we could just say: Late to the Party, and Makin' a splash! Octopus Vel'koz. The Q can turn into some bubbles, because that is what we do with all water skins. The W can turn into a Rectangular Pool, and the E can be a Diving minion or something like that, (A minion falls from the sky do do a dive). The ultimate should just be a giant water gun. I see no flaws with this. Constructive Criticism appreciated! Long Live Gragas!
