There are obviously champions who have not received as much skins as others. And undoubtedly this is because the popularity of those champions must be lower than the normal champion. I know making skins for these champions may not be very profitable, but a good game should not be created for the sole purpose of money grabbing. There are league fans who have supported the game for a long time and enjoy playing champs like Taliyah and Illaoi a lot, and don't you think these fans should be given something special? Thus I am proposing a skin for Taliyah, the "Gem Taliyah" or "Crystal Taliyah". As Taliyah is a stoneweaver, it would make a lot of sense for her to be able to manipulate gems, making this skin fit her abilities a lot, and effectively adding more colours into the champ.
