TFT idea

I love the new TFT mode, please keep it around forever. I had two idea's that I thought would help make the game even better.

1. Change Phantom into Undead and add Dr. Mundo to the group, he has always been one of my favourite champs
2. Reduce the planning timer by 10 seconds to make the games last a bit shorter and to also increase the tension/panic that the player feels. Thanks for this new mode! I Haven't played leauge much recently but this TFT mode has definitely made the love return
