champ idea time

Well, let's give this another shot shall we? So this is an interesting idea (imo) so forgive me if it sounds odd. A void infested cactus that is on the shurima/icathian border that became aware when the waters of life (thanks Azir) begane to flow again. It wouldn't be inherently as evil as its "relatives", but it would have an interesting way of speaking as it is aware it is infested. It thinks itself of a home for its bugs and they kinda have a symbiotic relationship with it. So that's the idea, and here's the kit.

Cactony The Infested

Passive: Infestation - all abilities are run on a resource system known as Swarm. It is basically another 100/100 bar but when it is depleted it doesn't refill. When empty gains the Empty status. When Empty player is unable to use abilities but gains an AS and AD % boost until effect ends. at levels 6/11/16 gains 12/10/8 Swarm back every 50/40/30 seconds.

Q: Needleshot - (a line skillshot) [cost: 15 Swarm] Throws 3 needles forward for x (+AP%) magic damage.

W: Essence Theft - (a melee range stun) [cost: 35 Swarm] Grabs and stuns for .5 seconds causing x (+AP%) magic damage and healing for a % of damage caused. If enemy dies from Essence Theft player gets x amount of Swarm back.

E: Bug Splat - (shield) [cost: 25 Swarm] A portion of the swarm shields damage for x (+AP%) damage for x amout of seconds.

R: Plague - (a line to AOE skillshot) Sends out the entire Swarm in a line to a specified location where the swarm will cause x (+AP%) magic damage per second to all enemies hit by it. Swarm stays in the AOE for 3/4/5 seconds then disperses. Enemies are slowed by 3/5/7% while in AOE.

All numbers are not final in the least as this is just an idea. Please let me know what you think as criticism is ALWAYS appreciated. As for skins i would say an Arcade Skin cuz Cactuars lol (speaking of which isn't Yorick already a Tonberry?). and as his image I imagine that he would be a cactus with a long tenticlish whip like arm (thanks void) and holes with bugs flying in and out of him.

Taunt - You cannot defeat us we are legion! Joke - just have alot of ppl yell "RAID!!!" (i wish lol) Dance - I love to see a break-dancing cactus.... just saying

As for Easter eggs maybe have the swarm light up in Noc's ult or have a bugzapper sound effect from Xerath or something lol.
