Suggestion ideas (1v1 mode and more)

Dear riot, I joined league since 2018 and I loved playing it. Hooked until today and want to be more hooked in the future, Problem is, its hard to be a fan of a scene that is always changes : teams explode after bad year, players go retire either streaming or doing something else, or even watching the team you love getting last place every time. I think that if you insert some changes through game (adding new map), in pro play, media reception, to the game it will benefit and last for many years to come and will be the next step in defining league. Here are my ideas:

1st idea:
Make a mode of 1v1. Along side summoner rift, there will be a mode (maybe other than holy abyss special for 1 v 1 (maybe add more room to maneuver) where players can come and play a game of 1 v 1 of the ones who want to play the mode. You can even place ranks so people can play against people with similar skills. I think it will benefit the game, since players will be competitive in the new game mode and maybe invent new strategies with time. Also, I think it will popularize the game more and give opportunity for players to excel forward and become better players and improve on their gameplay . In addition to that, I think it will downsize the number of players in lower elos (since players will focus on improving, in laning phase for example, instead of going match after match with long losing streak) and make the games there some more enjoyable. I think it will be a good practice tool for new players who just joined and seem clueless in the game, thus making the game more approachable other than just booming them with a 5 v 5 gameplay which they just joined. I think the players who don't want to play against bots but want to gain experience and skill against real players and improve their game, will have more enjoyable time. Since all players around the world will be playing that, I think it will benefit the pro play in the long and short run. Now, coaches and team can focus on improving their teammates and also making another criteria looking for fresh players for the teams. Also pro players, who feel that they didn't do well in the season, or maybe had some bad games and feel rusty maybe, will want to dedicate time on improving on their level and bringing more results. In the long run, I think new players will pop out with mechanical power, even better than known pro players so viewership, for example on twitch, on their channel will rise up and promote the game. Also I think that it will be time for new teams to rise up, new roster changes, and we will see a massive change of the scene, without riot needing to release new champions or map changes.

2ND idea: Make the pro play leagues more like for example soccer leagues. There is a limited teams on leagues around the world and many challenger opportunities but we see for example organizations all the time get replaced with others and then people cannot follow up on that organization. Also once the team goes kaboom, the players every year need to secure their career all over again finding new team, building new chemistry with players, making a run and over and over again with no guarantee for their staying pro player, even they dedicated hours, days, years for building their career only to be tossed aside. My proposition is make 2 leagues. Teams in the 2nd league will compete and win prizes like the 1st league, with opportunity to go to the 1st league or maybe stay in the 2nd league. Also there is the academy league where teams can evolve new players and get them playing for 2nd/1st league, depending on them. I think it will benefit a lot of players, you see give up and retire even tho they play exceptionally good on pro play and their knowledge, passion for the game is formidable. It will make teams stay longer in the scene, evolving themselves, becoming better along the years. Just look on for example soccer/basketball teams who are in the scene for many many years. So if we want league to survive longer, we need not only improve the game but also improve the reception of the game, the treating of pro players and teams. I think once we get this empire started, the ball will go nonestop and roll with new teams coming up, teams that stay, pro players returning to the scene, pro players getting prizes and feeling pride in their job, and it can only rise up from there. these leads me to the 3rd idea:

3RD idea: Make a riot media channel We hear riot have new contents like other games, also a tv series. Why not go further. Make like a tv channel for media of riot. You will get the advantage of advertising the game, popularize it , make it a cultural, make it available for people in the world. People will watch tv and watch pro games. If not games, why not hire a media team with new shows - some shows will talk about the game, changes, new teams and so on, some shows will be entertainment - for example, hire a bunch of streamers for example make a show together of them playing the game, broadcasts of twitch rivals games. You can take streamers who have been there since day 1 and help them make a show that will apear on tv. Between shows you can put ads or other things. We see the lec content and lcs content team make contents on youtube for example. Why not make them producers of special shows that will apear on the channel. Instead of working hard separately the each will do his content for so on and so on, make them have their own shows and that will be their content. You can take pro players/casters and feature their podcast with on the channel (like 'the dive' and 'euphoria'). Maybe put a show of group of people (league players maybe combination of ex pro/casters) go on a trip around the world getting to know places, experiencing the league scene there and so forth.

4th idea: Hire content creators to do special things for the company. As I said in my 3rd idea, hire content creators to do shows with you. Also help them develop league for the new generation of players. Some of them will grow old some day and will want to make an impact. For example, hire content creators to voice lines of new characters in development, I know for example lilipichu always wanted to voice some champions.
