Champion Concept: Fugaku - The Overburdened

Challenge Accepted >:D || Nasu, if you're a fan, you know that Fugaku is technically the name of the FATHER of the concept of your desire. That's right: This concept brings the legendary Itachi Uchiha into LoL as a proof of concept. Like my previous incarnations This is NOT meant to be anything more than a proof of concept and therefore this isn't something I'm going to ever expect Riot to do...this is for science and for sport. Now...I'm sorry to disappoint, but I'm going to be basing this mostly off of his every-day moveset, because if you look at most of what he can do, I can't give a champion 127 different ultimates. I can, however, give him 7 abilities...so I'm gonna do that.

This champion's attack range is 550, throwing kunai knives. Due to this champion's short yet empowered sight range and short ranged yet potent AoE abilities, I'd recommend that he be played as a roaming mid. I don't know how potent he'd be as a jungler since after all, he has poor vision. (:D)

Passive: Eye of the Mind - Fugaku has a personal sight radius of only 800 units, but gains 5/10/15% tenacity (Ranks up at 7/13) and can reveal stealthed units and wards within a 550 unit radius of him for 5 seconds once every 180/135/90s. Blind...but Sharingan.

Q: Phoenix Burst - Fugaku projects a rain of fire in a 200x550 unit area line, dealing damage to enemies in its path and slowing them by 30% for 1.5s.

W: Mind Invasion - Fugaku enters a trance-like state, taking 50% less damage for 1s and slowing himself by 50%. At the end of the effect, all units within 300 units of him are stunned for 1.5s and take damage over time. If only I could bring all of the imagery of a murder of crows picking the afflicted enemies apart within their own minds...but this is about what I can do to represent his Mangekyo Sharingan's more aggressive use.

E: Mirage Shift - Fugaku shifts himself into a murder of crows as he shifts (at a fast speed) to a target location within 450 units of him. He is untargetable during this time, and deals light damage to units he passes through.

R: Soul Flame Armament - For the next 10 seconds, Fugaku summons a large flame around himself, taking the form of armor, sword and shield. He gains size, 20% bonus AR/MR, and an empowered set of abilities. These abilities will all cost 10% of his HP, he will only be able to use each empowered ability once during the duration of this ultimate, and cannot access his normal abilities until his ultimate is over. In addition to all this, his basic attack becomes a 325 unit melee ranged attack that deals 5%AP as bonus magic damage and cleaves the area around the target.

Empowered Q:Explosive Magatama - Fugaku throws his armament's bead chain up to 600 units away, damaging enemies it passes thru. The beads detonate upon reaching their distance, stunning enemies for 1s and dealing another round of damage.

Empowered W: Scorching Slash - Fugaku swings his blade in a massive arc, dealing magic damage to all enemies in a 600 unit long, 110 degree cone in front of him and knocking them away.

Empowered E: Black Flame Charge - Fugaku charges forward 450 units before slamming his blade into the ground. Upon connection with the ground, Fugaku summons black flames that are scattered by the impact within a 400 unit radius, dealing damage to enemies they pass through over the next 4 seconds. These flames apply grievous wounds and ignore shields placed after the DoT is active.
