Idea for Championship Skins - Mainly Championship Riven re-sale

I say on behalf of the owners championship skins

I NEVER WROTE IN FORUM BUT I AM MAD AT THIS POINT AND IM disappointed.

for me its great skin, not only rare thing. I have and idea about re-sale championship skins, Championship Riven used to be one of the most rare skins, but wait a sec... but i think that championship should be aloved to buy for everyone or for no one.

I THINK THAT it is unfair TO give championship thresh in hextech chest? is this same collection? in my opinion Riot shouldnt do re-sale of championship skins, but if they already did it, why didnt they give chance to buy RIVEN? its very unfair. its a bit like sellijg pax jax and sivir but not twisted fate.

SO i have got idea. how about GIVE CHANCE TO BUY championship skins, only in final day on worlds ONLY. it can be ever during the final game. but if Riot dont want to do sale so easy, u can use for this maestry lvl, how about that only 7 lvls for riven/thresh/shyvana/kalista will be allowed to buy those skins IN JUST ONE HOUR in year during the final day of final, i think that its fair, that would be very fair because to get skin first you must show that u can play this champion and than pay for it even. i think that its good idea. i was very hurted when i first saw that championship thresh went to the shop second time and riven didnt. that moves when you buy something with think that its RARE and it went in HEXTECH CRAFTING SO PEOPLES CAN TAKE IT FOR FREE. but the skins which you really want (champ riven) and you are dreaming about it IS NOT for sale just because.
