Skin Concept From Archives!

So back in the Day 2011 when i was known as Feoro ,FreeOreos, And now Opa Wuju Style, I saw a post during the release of Victorious Jarvan mentioning a Wrestling Jarvan skin and looking back on this even 5 years later almost. im still confused as to why a skin like this has not been made for him. It would make for a perfect legendary skin IMHO.
