Runes

Hey. What do you think about making it possible to refund runes for 50% of it's original price? For new players (also me) the runes system is quite confusing. I've bought a lot of runes and I'm not using them means that I have wasted a lot of IP... I think it will be the best if riot will give the option to sell runes for half of it's price.
