Pool party Garen

Recently I've been thinking with my friend about some skins you made. We just came to a conclusion that a pool party garen skin would be so amazing and funny. It would be great. So funny. Make him wear speedos and nothing else (or a sleeveless shirt). He would wield one of those pool noodles. When he uses his E it would make a noise just like if you hit somebody with it (it would be so funny). It's great.
