[Champion Concept] Nowei, the Misten Sorceress

A champion that uses mist and water in general as her main source of damage and utility. She will be a relatively low mobility champion who relies on controlling and overpowering her foes, as well as recovering what damage would befall her. She can either use mana, like most mages, or use water like a fury-esq resorce.

As far as her appearance goes, I am thinking almost like a water tribe woman from avatar, but with an ionian flare. Dark skin, simple, long brown hair, though perhaps narrow/closed eyes, a gentle face, and silk-looking clothing, perhaps with a fur trim. One of those times i wish i had the software to draw this out. Might try to draw something and scan it in later.

Physical: /// low Magical: ///////////////// High defence:///////average DIfficulty://///////above average P: Morning Dew- While running through bushes and the river, she collects water, gaining stacks. At max stacks her next attack or spell deals bonus damage, and heals her for a portion of the damage dealt. Standing still will draw water from the air, but this is much slower than using bushes and the water (water being the fastest)

Q Mist shot- Fires a ball of water in a straight line. If it comes in contact with an enemy or neutral unit, it deals damage and explodes into a mist, obstructing vision briefly

W: Burst Shower- summons a small area where it drizzles for a few seconds, slowing the target and causing her to deal bonus damage to those targets. Standing in the rain also causes her to rapidly gain stacks of water.

E: Steam jet- Fires a jet of boiling mist in a narrow cone in-front of her. Deals damage to all units in the cone. If cast with max stacks of water, the cone is slightly wider and applies grievous wound.

R: Misty Invasion- Nowei turns into mist and invades a target creep (either side) neutral monster, or allied champion, becoming un-targetable and collecting water from any bushes or rivers that the invaded target goes through. When that target dies, the ability is recast, or after 10-20 seconds (based off rank) she emerges, dealing damage to every enemy champion within a small radius.

Lore: Nowei (pronounced liked no way, but softer on the ay), was a young orphan born in the mountains of Ionia. Every morning she would watch the mists roll down the mountain side and over the lush green forests and the cities at the base. The way it moved and danced always fascinated her. One morning, while dancing and playing inside the misty forest, she came across a spirit that seemed to be drawing the mist in, molding it to it's will. The spirit noticed the child, and how the child was soaked head to toe in mist and dew. The spirit simply fled, leaving Nowei to feed her feeling of wonder of the mist. Day after day, she returned to watch the spirit work, eventually befriending it and learning how to shift the mists herself.

As she grew older, her control of the mists grew stronger, until one day, she noticed the mists didn't fall over the mountain side. She rushed down to the forest and found that most of it had been cleared, smelling of fire and machines. Noxus had begun their invasion, destroying as much as they could as they went. A few Noxus soldiers were still there, and drew their weapons towards the young Ionian girl. Her rage boiled inside of her, mist started to fall down the mountain once more and overtook the valley. When a Noxian scout came to look for the soldiers lagging behind, they were horrified to find only boiled corpses.

With a personal vendetta, Nowei left Ionia to find out more information about the invaders, and bides her time to strike back at Noxus to avenge her friends who lived in the forests of Ionia.

Thought process/idea spawning: I was just on a random boredom induced thought train, and remembered the brief amount of time i played Dota 2. One of my favorite abilities from that time was Lifestealer's ultimate, Infest. I tried to think of a way that would fit into league of legends, and i figured a mist based magic would probably fit better into the lore rather than some aggressive parasitic infestation. Then all i had to do was figure out a few skills that would work well around that concept and that ulti.

Please, post any input or thoughts you guys have, I would love to see it evolve and solidify with the community.
