Fps dicreased

Hello everybody, i wanna ask is that happend only to me. I used to play at 100-85fps everytime on high settings without shadows, but now i only get 65-45fps with the same settings, and when i try to lower settings my fps not increasing, no mater what. Is this only for me or someone have that to? All drivers updated
