Need moar Pool Party Skins.

As a avid Leona and garen player, I rather enjoy holding skins for those champs. And one theme I LOVE is pool party Leona, but it saddens me that Garen does not dawn such attire. So here is my idea for the "Pool Side Garen" .

His outfit would be pretty simple. No shirt, blue and gold swim trunks with demacia printed on one of the legs. On his shoulders would be those floaties that you used to use as a kid. His weapon could be a massive pool noodle, or something along those lines, even a blow up dolphin or shark could work.

Now, I should explain why the "floaties" should be added. For his "W" , Courage, His pauldrons Change color, like the give off a sort of glow (if i am not mistaken... don't quote me on it). With the floaties, they could change color or give off some sort of glow as well. I know most people can't see Garen with Kid floaties, but i think it would still be comical to see some buff dude, wearing those accessories in the midst of combat.

The animations on the other hand... still trying to figure that out, BUT! I hope this gets through and is seen by the developers and such.

If any of you have your own ideas or thoughts that could make this even better, feel free to comment! I really want to see this happen, even if its just Garen getting a new Pool Party Skin.
