New tank/support item concept, heralds carapace

Ok so this will be a new item for tanks/supports and possdibly some juggernauts and brusiers might want it aswell.

builds out of + 600gold

Then has the following stats and passives

Cost 3150 Health: 500 Mana : 300 Armor: 25 Magic resist: 25 Health regen: 150% Passive: Grants sight of champions who attack you for 1 second

Unique passive; Eternity (same as other catalyst item passives Unique passive: Block 14 + 2x level damage from singletarget spells and attacks

Unique active; Heralds vision: For 5 seconds gain true sight 60 second cooldown.

Gives some options vs stealth champs for supports and tanks in the form of an item which gives some tankyness and sustain.

In terms of defense the item works kind of like a dorans shield but then more configured to actually fill an item slot it also gives soem neat sustain for mana and hp regen but the best part is the vision it grants to counter stealth because currently we don't really have any lategame options. The item isnt particualry good at dealing with either type of damage so i can imagine someone building catalyst then opting into better counterdefensive items for the time being to finish it later when there isnt much inventory room to carry pinkwards.
