A new rune for exceeded stats

Yo folks i got an idea to do a rune that is like the rune converting exceeded cooldown to AP and AD adaptive and with the new update i think it sucks to have infinity that gives no crit but doubles the one you have so for example you have to buy statikk and phantom dancer to get a total of 120% tho the limit is 100% and the 20% goes to waste so... another option is to maybe make phantom, statikk, RFGB, hurricanes to 50% crit so it doesnt go to waste like it will be on the next update? it doesnt make sense riot. so the idea is to make something like the rune i described which allready exists and remake it maybe to something like... converts all capped stats to AP, AD adaptive, or like it can be an overall buff that applies to everyone. its just an idea tho... but mixed up... and you may not understand most of what i said... bye have a nice day.
