The memotion is a nice idea : could we get skins/characters designs inspired by the community too ?

I mean there has been twitch medieval. What about each year selecting the 3 best skin designs made by the community. The most voted by players via the client would be chosen to be created. Same thing for character designs once a year devs working with player's ideas and conceptions to make the champion of the community.
