New champion idea.

Hello, My new champion idea is a marksman that builds ability power items (AP/Magic items) and deals small amount of true damage or deals physical damage (AD) with AP build. I could be from Bilgewater and use magic kind revolver or a sniper. Also it could be from Void or Runeterra (by Runeterra I meant that no one knows from where he is) and he could use a forbidden or alien tech kind of gun. Probably wondering why it has to be a male? I think that it's been a while since we had a male marksman, show some love for men too.
