Turtle Sensei Champ

Hi, we don't have a turtle champ, nor a true Sensei. Yi is kinda the closest thing, but hes a samurai, not truly a sensei. We also don't have any turtle champions. Rammus is an armadillo. Naturally he should be a jungler since turtles live in the river. I think it would be a GREAT reference to Oogway from kung fu panda if we could make an Elderly but strong and wise Turtle sensei champ with a different name.
