An Idea For a Reward System

I never really know how to start posts, so let's just get right into it. So, we all know that people who do ranked and get Gold and up get end of the season rewards, which is a fine idea, but what about the people who don't touch ranked? Ever since Riot removed the friend invite reward system, which makes sense, seeing as the older League got it was harder to invite new people into the game. This leaves players, who only enjoy playing Normals, no real reward system and honestly kind of feeling left out, especially the players who can't seem to climb the ranked ladder. But I believe I might have a solution, maybe, possibly.

So my Idea for rewarding players for Normals, besides chests, is implementing a Games Won Prizes. Basically every certain number of wins you achieve you get a certain reward for reaching it, low tiers would be XP and IP Boosts, maybe key fragments or whole keys, or chests. Once you reach a set number of wins you can actually start getting skins that aren't normally unlocked through chests, maybe and every 1000 wins you can select one of the Victorious skins. If not victorious, maybe make a skin line for the Reward system. I've seen the other Moba's out there have an incentive to keep playing the game and sure Chests are great, but sometimes a won game doesn't mean you received an S rank for that game. It would also help with new players and existing players who don't really spend cash on this game, giving them more options to get free stuff. I know Riot needs to make money, I get that, but when Blizzard gives me a chest for just leveling a Hero I feel that League can try to follow in their footsteps.

The ladder could have Milestones, while every other 50 wins gives smalls rewards Example

10 Wins: 5 Win XP or IP Boost 20 Wins: 5 Day XP or IP Boost 50 Wins: 1 Week XP or IP Boost 100: Milestone 1 Free 520 Skin 150: Chest and Key 250: 2 Chest and Keys 500: Milestone 1 Free 975 Skin or Champion 1000: Milestone Choose 1 Victorious Skin/Reward Skin Line and so on and so forth
