Support ultimate idea

Hello, i just got an interesting idea for ultimate spell for some new support champion. It's simple: his ultimate would be able to reverse all debuffs of their ally teammate and use it against selected enemy champion (or take these debuffs on themselve). This could be really useful, especially after QSS/Mercurial can no longer remove Zed's ult.
