PROJECT PYKE SKIN

HI, HELLO, the new pyke project skin came, and of course as a pyke main i had to get it with all the chromas i like mainly Red blue and white XD the problem is that IT ISNT PERMANENTLY THERE. can riot makes it so that when i press ctrl+5 the dagger effect stays there permantly and if i wanteed to switch it off then press it again , someting like kaisa helmet when i press ctrl+5 the dagger light up and it looks all cool but just for 1 sec , I was thinkg is there any way i can set up this flashy weapon effect so that i dont have to press ctryl+5 all the time, i was thinking to set it up in the setting as on my write click , but then i can not move. is there any other opotion ?> please help
