Chide, the Ashen Reaper

Notes

Chide does not use mana.

Chide's abilities scale with Ability Power but deal physical damage.

Chide's basic attack is ranged.

Abilities

Passive: Shield of the Damned - Every time Chide casts an ability, he gains a stack of Damnation (Counted on the resource bar). A wall of ash will appear to block attacks based on stacks of Damnation. The wall of ash remains for 1 second afterward. The wall cannot be moved through and will block projectiles. A stack of damnation will last for 5 seconds past when the ability that triggered it goes off of cooldown. 1 stack - The next monster/minion basic attack is ignored, consuming the stack. 2 stacks - The next champion basic attack is ignored, consuming both stacks. If a minion or monster attacks, it will consume a stack and ignore the damage. 3 stacks - The next champion basic attack or turret shot is ignored. Being hit by a basic attack consumes 2 stacks, 3 for tower shots. Chide will take damage from monsters and minions without consuming stacks. 4 stacks - Ignores the next tower shot, basic attack or ability. All stacks are consumed for abilities. If hit by a basic attack or tower shot, all stacks will be consumed, but the ash wall remains for an extra second. Two shields cannot exist at a time, and a shield cannot be made for 5 seconds after one has appeared.

Q: To Dust - Chide sends out a narrow, sharp spear-like line of ash straight forward that impales the first three enemies hit. These 3 enemies are stunned for half a second before a second spear of ash comes from the ground, dealing more damage to the first 2 enemies hit and launching the last enemy hit backwards a set distance. The first spear deals magic damage, and the second deals physical damage.

(Quick note, if there is only one enemy caught by the spear, they count as both the first and last enemy and take damage from the second hit as well as being knocked back. This is the same for 2 people.)

W: Aegis of the Departed - Chide orders his Shield of the Damned to expand to twice the size and stay for 2 extra seconds. Afterwards, the shield explodes in a cloud of ash, dealing light magic damage and blinding nearby enemies. If his shield is not out at the time, he consumes all of his Damnation stacks to force the shield up.

E: Ashen Swarm - Chide dissolves into a cloud of ash for 1 second, becoming untargetable. He may then choose to blink to a nearby location, exploding in ash upon arrival and briefly blinding nearby enemies, or do nothing to reappear where he started. If he does nothing, he gains an extra stack of Damnation, and needles of ash explode outward upon Chide's appearance, dealing physical damage and slowing all champions hit by the needles by 90% for 1 second. He cannot move while dissolved.

R: Hand of the Forgotten - Chide targets an enemy champion at medium range. After channeling for half a second, the ground under the champion ruptures, knocking enemies in the area up for half a second, dealing light physical damage. Then, a hand of ash rises from the ground, grabbing the targetted enemy champion, dealing magic damage and holding them in the air for an additional 2 seconds. They count as being knocked up (For cleanse/QSS/Yasuo ult purposes.) Reactivating this ability within 1 second, Chide can order the hand to slam the enemy champion into the ground at a target location nearby, dealing extra physical damage but ending the stun. If Chide does not order the hand to slam the enemy, it instead closes around them at the end of the stun, dealing heavy damage.

This is one of my concepts that really needs some work, but I believe it's still presentable where it is now. Suggestions will be greatly appreciated!
