champion concept- alicia, the collector
So first time trying this so please bear with me and my overly long wording. Support/mage. range: melee
Abilities: Passive: bone chain alicia gains lengths of chain from minions and monsters killed near her(5) and champion corpses( either team)(100).
Q: chain pain can have a maximum of 5 chains out at a time and chains priorities are allies>enemies> minions/monsters. chains all draw from the same pool and will break if a unit moves too far away or loses vision of a champion. intial chain:500/600/700/800/900 max chain:1000/1200/1400/1600/2000 on allies: point and click binding that equalizes the % health of alicia and her ally (4/8/12/16/20 max healing per second) as well as granting ally her health regen for the duration. on enemies: linear skillshot which grants vision of attached targets for two seconds. deals damage equal to 1/2/3/4/5% max health + 40(20%ap) damage per second and heals 10% from minions 25% against champions and 33% against all other units. max range: max chain/3 cooldown: 5 sec per chain Cost: 5mana/sec
W: Hide alicia turns invisible and gains 10% move speed for 3 second and upon reappearing drags all attached enemy units 300 units(doulbed if slowed) or if they are hard cced all the way to her.(chain distance is calculated based on position where the ability is activated rather than true position for the stealth time.) cooldown: 15/14/13/12/11 cost:40 mana
E: decoy creates a chain replica of an allied or enemy champion that has been used in the chain(100 health) that is controllable but can't attack. cost: 100 chain+50 mana range: 500 spawn 1000 max
R: symbiosis Passive: alicia is allowed to substitute her resources ta a rate of 4/1,2/1,1/1.(she can expend 20 hp/sec to mantain chains and the like). upon gaining this ability her effective health from mana will be displayed as a blue bar to the left of her health(like a shield).
Active: alicia create a zone centered on herself granting all allies her ult passive and healing them for the cost of the ult (10 second duration and can be canceled with cc). Cost: 20% current health Range: 800 radius cooldown: 180/160/140
