Champion Concept: Seekli, The Scrapyard Goblin

The scrapyards of Zaun are a dangerous place indeed. There are tales of people vanishing in the vast mazes of metal, or sinking into steaming pits of toxic waste. All who lay eyes on the yards would agree, nothing can survive there. This makes it all the more unsettling when now and again two pale blue lights can be seen peering out towards the city, blinking and scanning as if they belonged to some wretched creature. Only a few people of Zaun know that these lights, these eyes, belong to Seekli. Seekli is a cunning creature, elusive and dangerous. He is said to have come from the shadow isles, and seems to be closely related to Evelynn. He is said to make deals with the locals, telling them that if they tell no one of his existence, he will periodically bring them trinkets and baubles he finds in the scrap. However, those that scream and run from him are slaughtered, mercilessly. He seems to know that he is feared, and that he would be hunted down if the guardsmen learned of his presence. One can only assume that he bothers trying to make friends with courageous locals because he is an outcast, and quite lonely.

So I based this guy off of the mutants from Bethesda's RAGE. He is meant to play a bit like Nidalee, but also has elements from Evelynn, Olaf, Pantheon, and Gangplank. Let me tell you about him!

Role: Primary - Fighter Secondary - Assassin

Abilities:

Passive - Seekli receives 5% movement speed and 2.5% attack speed for each nearby allied champion. This is meant to help with ganking mainly, because I think he'd be a decent jungler. However it'll also be very useful in teamfights if he uses his ult and E to engage very quickly.

Q - Scrap Fling (skillshot) Seekli flings a sharp piece of scrap metal at an enemy champion, dealing damage and marking them for 7 seconds. Targets marked with Scrap fling receive bonus damage from auto attacks for the duration of the mark.

W - Antibodies Seekli has an advanced immune system from living in such appalling conditions, and can activate this ability to stop damage over time spells or abilities and gains 10% movement speed for 5 seconds. This includes poisions and most fire damage. (does not stop ignite)

E - Bounding Flail Seekli jumps to a target and strikes enemies in a cone in front of him. If a target is marked from Scrap Fling, they are stunned for 1 second, and recieve bonus damage.

For this one, the strike happens directly after he lands in the direction that he's facing. This makes it imperative that the target is marked so they're unable to dodge the strike. Landing the stun doesn't consume the mark, so you also need to follow up and land some autos to make the most out of each combo.

R - Feral Charge Seekli becomes invulnerable to slows and snares for 3 seconds and recieves 15% attack and movement speed for 15 seconds. His auto attack range also increases for 15 secondsas he starts swinging as hard as he can.

  1. So let's go over basics! He's based around his Q (AP) and his autos (AD) making him a hybrid assassin like Evelynn. You have to land your Q on someone to be useful in terms of damage. Using Q -> W -> E can let you succesfully burst a champion quite a bit. Using your ult and then your E will allow you to jump over an enemy front line to throw a team off and allow your team to engage as they turn to stop you. I think it'd be best if Seekli was based mainly on Ability power, because jumping in, disorienting a team, and popping hourglass would be a fantastic way to engage and then follow up with a Q and another E in the fight. I'm sure you can come up with other combos better thanI can, seeing as to how I am a lowly bronze.

How do you build him? Seekli can be a fighter, or an assassin. Building straight damage will obviously allow you to be a fearsome opponent, but jumping onto enemies will more than likely get you killed without a little Health, armor, and MR. Rylais would be a hell of a good item on him, as well as Blade of the Ruined King and other items that fit well with hybrid builds. Zhonya's again would be a solid choice because you can R->E->Zhonya's->Q->E, just for one example.

I hope you guys think he sounds cool, I catered him to my play style quite a bit but I think he'd be a ton of fun for everyone! Thanks for reading :)

Without numbers i would be too hard to say is he good or not. Also, being untargetable for 3 sec is extremely strong, you should think carefully. Even trynda and kayle while being immortal still can be hit. Other that that, this could be a nice concept. Keep working on it, don't give up.
