New Champion concept!: Amberle
Her lore: Amberle Is born from Ionia and was victim in the last war between Ionia and Noxus. She lost her parents due to the war and possibly her older brother, but she could not find his body.. so to her memory she has no idea where her brother is and always wonders: is he still alive or perhaps did he die in the war? However because of the aftereffect of the war, Amberle seek revenge more than anyone.. she bears pain and seeks power to destroy anyone from Noxus. A month after the war had died down, Amberle had been wandering around in a dark forest; alone, hungry, angry, raging. Her life force was depleting, but she did not want to die, her will was strong to stay alive. By reaching the center of the dark forest, She had come across a a dark wooden house with smoke coming from the chimney. She slowly dragged her feet towards the house and had sluggishly banged on the door, before falling to her knees and looking down. A tall woman in dark robes and hat with a tall wooden staff had opened the door, the tall woman eyes had widen as she looked down to see a young girl at her doorstep and she quickly helped the young kid into her house and after 5 hours had passed, Amberle had awakened, slowly opening up her eyes and slowly sitting up from a warm and comfortable bed, smelling something very tasteful. She rubbed her eyes as she looked around, seeing a talk dark figure. The woman had sensed her awakening and introduced the young girl. I am Indee and your name little one? The little one had tried to speak up but could not as she had not had a drink of any kind for a good long while. Indee had noticed and quickly fetched the little one a drink and she quickly gulped down the drink, and speaking up. am Amberle and I am seeking power to destroy anything and anyone with Noxus. Amberle had gotten straight to point in which what she wanted and jumped down from the bed. Thank you for the drink. Amberle had thanked the older lady and handed the cup back to her. Indee had a sinister smirk across her face and spoke in a whisper as she leaned down infront of Amberle. If you are seeking power.. then perhaps it was fate for you to be here in my house. I am a necromancer. I have powers beyond your Imagination kid. Would you be interested in learning the ways of the undead? Amberle had nodded. She was prepared to do whatever, no matter the cost to get the power she needed. From that moment up to now Amberle had been trained... taught the art of being a Necromancer.
Her passive: Is a aoe shroud/mist that surrounds her body. It does 50% AP of her current ap, damage over time, when an enemy is next to her. It is always active. Also. Every 5 seconds, the mist takes one auto attack that would normally deal damage to Amberle instead would heal her for 50% ap of her current ap. Also for every soul she gets((Getting a kill or an assist)). She gets bonus ap. 15 ap per champion kill and 5 ap per assist. If she dies. She looses 10 ap. However it would be consider bonus ap. ((Kind of like a built in mejais, Although it can be argued that, getting souls could give her health but I want her to get power so when she gets a soul, she gets more power)). Also there is no limit as to how much bonus ap she can have.
Her Q Is a skill shot: Amberle Can summon a pit on the ground that has skeleton hands making grabbing animations, If hit with enemy champion then the enemy champion is rooted and either while rooted steals lifeforce ((Percentage of life from the target depending on the percentage of Amberle ap damage)) and healing Amberle OR instead of stealing lifeforce. Poison dot damage applies once caught by the hands of the undead. ((Also how her Q would look, It would look like Zyra's ult, as in the circle shape but smaller possibly the size of Karthus q but maybe bit wider.))
Her W: Amberle can summon a shield which is a toggle, ((The animation of a demonized shield pops up infront of her and giving her a shield, the white bar infront of the green bar)) When the shield is toggled on, not only doe it grant her abit of a shield but isntead of taking attacks, it would heal Amberle intead but would consume a heavy amount of mana when toggled on. So must be wise in when knowing when to toggle it on.
Her E: Passive: When getting to a low percentage of health, the mist around her, releases an aoe fear that affects minions, monsters, enemy champions for a very short duration. Active: sends out a ghost that reveals enemy champs and slows. (( Kind of like frost queen claim)) However if the enemy is rooted when using the "E" then it applies a bleed dot.
Her R: Transforms into a spectral being. Leaving her physical body. ((How this would work is, it would be kind of like elise, nidalee)) When she enters her spectral form. She is able to cast different abilites.
Please leave feedback. Let me know what ya think. If you think her ult should be that then let me know and i'll come up with the new abilites she can use in the form. Also glad to hear ideas. Also even hear ideas for her physical form. Also got any ideas for her lore? Lemme hear em. I'm not good at math, so if anyone is good at math and willing to help me with the percentages and such for the abilites. Please let me know. Can get together and work on that. Also looking for someone that is good at making art. Would love to get with someone that can draw pretty good. As for I'd like to have a picture to use of how I would want her to look.
