[Champion Concept] Raikira The Lightning Wraith

I am just going to dive into this, Raikira is an Ionian lightning theme champion that is primary role is a mid laner and secondary role fighter.

Appearance:

  • She has short black hear
  • Her height is 5.6Ft
  • Wears a dark blue kimono like top with white hexagon like pattern on the sleeves
  • Has a special shape short sword 22 inch in length and carry lightning rods 12inch that she throws at target
  • Her Personality is like sasuke from naruto

Back Story

Raikira is a direct fighter that strike quick and precise like lightning to take down her foes. She is the eldest daughter of one of ionia noble families. She was a pupil of the Ionian school of sword where she perfected her lightning blade technique. She then moved on to join the ionian defence front but everything change when she got the news her father was slain by Yasuo. She was overcome with grief and rage that she vowed vengeance against yasuo. She is now in charge of a task force dedicated to bringing yasuo in dead are alive.

Abilities

  1. Passive: Lightning Assault Raikira melee auto attack will double hit with the second hit dealing 10%/20%/30% of the first one. Does apply on hit effect of items for each hititem 3071 item 3091

  2. Passive: Lightning rods Raikira will gain 5 lightning rod ammo ever 20/18/16sec max she can have at a time is 25. When raikira has an ammo of lightning rod she will throw them with an increase range of 600 that deals 10(+30%ap) damage. She throws one at a time

Lightning Ki: Q

_Cooldown: _ 12/10/8/6/4

  • Active Melee Form: Her auto attack will deal 10/15/20/25/30 true damage and slow target AS/MS by 20%/30%/40%
  • Active Range Form: She throw 5 lightning rod in a cone shape direction that pierce throw all enemy ignoring armour and magic resistance. Each rod consume ammo. Enemy hit by lightning rod Raikira can blink to them.

**Rain of thunder: W **

Cooldown: 18/17/16/15/14

  • Passive: Raikira can blink to any lightning rod in a 350 range and lower the cooldown of her lightning rod passive by 1sec for each rod. Rod last for 30sec

  • Active: She can only activate this ability if she has atleast 3 lightning rod ammo. Raikira will throw 3 lightning rod in the air one will always go to the targeted location the other 2 will land random area. After they land lightning will strike the rods and damage enemys in a 200 range for 40/80/120/160/200(+60%ap). Target will be stun for 1.5sec. Lightning rod stay active for 2min and grant 200 range vision. Enemy can stand on the rod to destroy them for +10 gold.

Lightning Stream: E

Cooldown 10/9/8/7/6

Range: 800

Raikira charge her ki into a lightning energy blast that damage the first enemy hit for 70/110/140/170/200(+75%ap) enemy hit will be slowed by 40%. If this attack hit a lightning rod it will re energise it and lightning will strike it again.

Roaring Thunder: R

Cooldown: 120/90/60 1) First Active: Raikira summon a thunder storm that effect a 1500 range by striking lightning in random area dealing 100/130/160(+50% ap) and stunning enemy for 1.25sec. Enemy will get an indicator of where the lightning bolt will strike. Storm will rage for 20sec

2) Second Active: Raikira become lightning herself and can strike a targeted location within the storm range. Damage dealt will be 150/250/350 (+90%ap)
