Reposting: Hextech Augment
We need more Hextech items overall. But how about making a two-way option for those who choose Hextech flash to instead use it to reduce CDR and cast a Hextech item instead? This bridges to my next idea about making Hextech BLK-Flash into an item and making "Hextech Flashtraption" ( The rune ) into the Hextech slot. Ahem.
Hextech Augment / Augmented:
The first Hextech item cooldown is reduced by 25%. Hitting enemy champions with abilities and attacks reduce this cooldown by 0.1% - 2%. (Based on level) The first Hextech item you have replaces the secondary ( F Key ) summoner spell when it's on cooldown. The Hextech item in this slot gains a bonus adaptive damage boost. ( +20% Bonus AD or +15% AP ) This ability is on cooldown until 15 min, but can be reduced by 10 seconds for every takedown and Hextech usage.
