Feral Warwick Rework

This is just my idea, but Feral Warwick should be a more unique skin than it already is. It's Legacy, sure, but it could be something more. Something crazy.

Like if he smells some low-health champ, he can scream out something about how he's hungry. Because he's crazy. And then he could drop to all fours as he runs towards the champion. Because he's crazy.

I dunno, something like that. He deserves to be a bit crazier. Because he's crazy.
