RP to blue Blue Essence (IP)
Will you ever be able to turn RP to blue essence? of course you wont be able to turn blue essence to RP.
the problem is that i got 85 RP and i cant buy anything, should it just sit there and wait for me to buy more?

That's the point.
It's a common tactic. The purpose for having points is to give them non-refundable money beforehand, more than the amount of what you wanted, and the purpose of those specific point amounts is to leave that extra 85RP. The extra RP's purpose is to remain there and tempt you into buying more so that you do not "waste" it, even though it's a trick and the reality is that you will still have left over points and you have now spent even more money.
So no, you won't ever be able to turn it into BE, that's counterproductive to manipulating you into giving them more money. The solution is to let it go, it's like .50 Euro and was "free bonus points" anyway.
