New Game mode "Weather Strike"

Hey Riot just as a suggestion what if you guys made a game mode where you guys messed with the weather of summoners rift. Like it was a normal league of legends game but every 10 minutes the weather changed. For example, if it was snowing then all champions would be slowed by 2%. Another example would be is if it was really sunny then you turn up the brightness of the user and all champions would have their atk speed decreased by .03. Just some food for thought
