@Riot, Could you explain to me why...

Banshee's Veil is becoming an AP item, and Abyssal Scepter is becoming a tank item? It doesn't really make sense with the fact that Abyssal Scepter is basically a rod, while Banshee's Veil is a necklace(or appears to be). A rod would make more sense for an AP item imo. Why not just swap the passives instead of the stats since that's essentially what you're doing anyways..?(Meant to put this in gameplay but I guess it could go here too, dunno if I can move it, so if it needs to be moved would you do so for me please?)
