League of Legends: Chinese Pack

I understand that creating language packs are hard work, but I would like to ask a favor of RIOT. My cousin had recently moved to the United States from China. He's a huge fan of the game and it's just about the only one he plays. He's happy to play the NA servers, as it has minimalistic lag because of his location, and he's happy to play with the natives. However, it's truly more of the items, settings, and profile options he has a hard time with. While he can simply memorize the icons of the items he used to buy back when he played in China, it doesn't give him a chance to experience and try new items, as he cannot read their descriptions and cannot see what they do until he has bought them. Furthermore, changing settings because quite difficult, and he needs someone to walk him through the english, whom isn't a gamer, so the translations are stiff and iffy at best.

I personally speak Chinese as well, while it's not an issue for me to play in English, I'd find it a very fun feature to have, as Chinese was my first language. I understand that there aren't a lot of people within the North American market that speak Chinese, but I truly believe that enabling the client to use different languages outside of the country's primary language would be an amazing way to reach out towards more players, and immerse people in diversity in the need of having understand and cooperate in one's actions, rather than screaming and yelling at each other in chat, knowing that they would understand your language. Being required to learn each other's actions rather than words can certainly increase levels of focus, skill, and cooperation, and the progression of skill will certainly satisfy the players, and will urge them to continue playing, as they focus on bettering themselves as a team player.

So I ask of RIOT. Please, include the Chinese Language Pack for the NA client, but I don't wish for this only to be a selfish demand, I would like to hope that this has appealed to the staff, and not only opens possibility for Chinese players, but to all non-english speakers resting within North America. I hope that RIOT will see this as an opportunity for players to become more immersed within game play and cooperation, rather than chat wars and fits as more non-english players join the Fields of Justice. With this feature, instead of players having teammates adjust to their play style, it becomes more necessary than ever for players to adjust to their teammates play styles instead, and I hope that RIOT will see that with everyone meeting each other halfway, the experience will be phenomenal for everyone.
