Vidar, The cold travaler
Hi everyone, I have created a concept for a new champion. My idea is to create a late game mage, with a very weak early game, a weak mid game and a very strong late game. I'm not english, so there is a possibility that there are error in the text. I apologize from now.

Passive: Growing frost /Glacial Argument Vidar gets (1/2/4) stacks of frost by hitting enemy champions with spells, (4/8/16) for kills and (2/4/8) for assists. The amount of stacks gained increases at 10 and again at 20 minutes. 50 stacks: +30 ability power 125 stacks: +70 ability power 250 stacks: +120 ability power
Golem form: While mounting on Ice Golem Vidar cannot recover health or mana from any fount. When the ability ends, or when the golem is destroyed, Vidar returns to the battlefield with the health and mana he had when he originally cast "Ice Golem”. The Golem gets 20% increased statistics from items, +6/+14/+24 Ability Power from Growing Frost, and 10% increased statistics from any other source. The Golem cannot use activated items nor cast Summoner spells.

Vidar throws an ice shard in target direction that stops at the first enemy hit, dealing 50/65/85/105/130 (+45% AP) magic damage 50 stacks: Killing a minion or hitting an enemy champion refunds the 40% of the CD 125 stacks: the ice shard slows enemies by 50% for 1 second 250 stacks: Damage increased to 100/130/170/210/260 (+ 90% AP)
Golem form: The next auto-attack deal 20/30/40/50/60 (+30%AP) bonus magic damage. 50 stacks: Auto-attack does damage to an area equal to 50% of the damage inflicted 125 stacks: Auto-attack slows enemies by 50% for 1 second 250 stacks: Main target damage increased to 30/40/50/60/70 (+ 40% AP).

Vidar throws a spear in the target direction. It stops at the first enemy hit dealing 70/90/110/130/150 (+ 50% AP) magic damage. Minions do not stop the spear but receive 50% less damage. 50 stacks: The target hit is slowed by 30% for 1 second 125 stacks: The damages increase to 105/135/195/275 (+ 75% AP) 250 stacks: The spear no longer stops at the first enemy hit but advances to its maximum range, dragging all the enemies hit with it. The slowdown is applied when the spear stops.
Golem form: Impale the target enemy, dealing 55/65/80/100/125 (+ 30% AP) magic damage and slowing the target by 90% for 0.75s. 50 stacks: the slowdown becomes a stun 125 stacks: Stun time increases to 1.5s 250 stacks: damage increased to 110/130/160/200/250 (+60 AP%)

Vidar is sprinkled with icy armor, which protects him from 50/90/130/170/210 (+ 50% AP) damage for 3 seconds. 50 stacks: Shield duration increase to 5 seconds; 125 stacks: Shield power increase to 75/115/155/195/235 (+ 60% AP); 250 stacks: For the first second of the shield Vidar also gets 50% damage reduction.
Golem form: Dash in the target direction, dealing 40/50/65/85/110 (+ 40% AP) magic damage to all enemies overwhelmed. The overwhelmed enemies are hurled to the side. 50 stacks: range increased to 500 100 stacks: range increased to 750 250 stacks: damage increased to 80/100/130/170/220 (+ 80% AP)
R: Ice Golem CD: 300/250/150 second Cost: 200 mana Explosion radius: 400
Create a golem that will replace Vidar for the next 10/15/20 seconds. The golem has 1000/1500/3000 (+100/150/300% AP) max HP, 50 physical resistance, 100 magic resistance, 300 range and 300 movement speed. The starting Hp of Golem are the 100% (˗0.75% for every 1% missing HP of Vidar) of the maximum HP. Golem's auto-attacks damage deals 50/70/90 (+ 20% AP) and gain new abilities. 50 stacks: If the golem is not destroyed, it explodes, dealing 50/100/150 (+ 50% AP) magical damage to nearby enemies. 125 stacks: Damage increased to 100/200/300 (+ 100% AP) 250 stacks: When the golem is destroyed, or when it explodes, knocking enemies back at the edge of the explosion if they are within.

Lore: Vidar was born in a small tribe of Frejlord from two Iceborn. Both parents had true ice objects: the father had a two handed battle axe, while the one of his mother could not be defined as a real weapon. It was a pendant with a rough splinter of true ice. The last of eight brothers, all dead at an early age, he spent his days training with his father, getting poor results. Despite his iceborn nature he was not good with weapons, preferring to spend his days imagining the many places his mother told him. His mother, despite her strength, believed killing was wrong, and that battles could be won without killing anyone. One day Vidar, annoyed by the exhausting workouts, told his father that he did not want to train anymore, and his willingness to follow his mother's will. The furious father came home dragging Vidar with him. Once reached he started arguing with his mother. Vidar, who had never seen them fight so violently, decided to get in the way to separate the two. The father punched him so strongly that he flew away, so much that he spameed on a wall. The mother, seeing her son hit that way, took her husband’s axe and tried to kill his father, but he, clearly stronger than her, killed his wife after a couple of minutes, completely ripping her chest. The sight of the dead mother awakened an arcane dormant power in Vidar. He created a bit of ice out of thin air, and without his father having time to do anything, he plunged it into his heart. When the rest of the tribe found out about the whole thing they decided to exile Vidar, believing him to be the responsible of both deaths. Before being exiled he asked if he could at least bring his mother's amulet. The tribe agreed without problem. Exiled by Frejlord, he decided to follow his dream, visiting the places that until now he had only dreamed of. During the years of exile, he soon discovered the nature of his power. It grew stronger every time he used it to hurt and kill. Despite the desire to become stronger, he was guided by his mother's will of not kilingl. He decided that he would do everything to avoid kill, except in situations where his life or that of poor innocents were in danger. And with this promise he still wanders throughout Runeterra, visiting every place possible, and waiting for the day when he could return home.
