Dialon- The Menace of Zhyun
Dialon was once a spiritual presence that inhabited Zhyun, before the Eastern half became a desert. This angered the spirit, and then it took form as a demon like creature that stalks Zhyun, mangling all who he encounters . I picture Dialon as a somewhat bipedal form, with long glowing red claws extending from his hands. I would imagine the top of his head to branch out into a branching crown like shape. (not to different from Coven
)
Dialon is an assassin that uses powerful demonic magic to overpower his foes.
Passive: Umbral Claws Dialon's first attack against an enemy deals an additional 20-100 (levels 1-18)+(40% ability power) damage and causes the enemy to be nearsighted for 1 second.
Q: Dismember Dialon dashes forward 350 units, dealing 40/60/80/100/120+(70% ability power) damage to the first enemy champion or large monster hit. (it goes through minions but not large monsters like jungle camps or cannon). This can go over small walls. cooldown: 10/9.25/8.5/7.75/7
W: Shroud of Shadows Dialon channels for 0.5 seconds, he can still move while channeling but he is slowed by 30%. After the channel is complete he unleashes magic outwards, dealing 30/50/70/90/110+(35% ability power) damage to all enemies within 300 units. Enemies damaged by this ability are nearsighted for 0.75 seconds. Dialon will not interrupt Hunt of Menace while channeling. cooldown: 16/15/14/13/12
E: Mauling Dialon strikes in a cone three times. This cone has an arc of 70 degrees and has a total range of 400. Each strike is 0.5 seconds apart. Each strike deals 20/30/40/50/60+(25% ability power) damage.
R: Hunt of Menace First cast: Dialon becomes camouflaged for 5/7.5/10 seconds and gaining 30/35/40% increased movement speed while camoflaged. Enemies can only see him if they are within 500/450/400 units of him.
Second cast: Dashes 500/600/700 units. Dealing 150/300/450+(40% ability power) damage to all enemies in his path and knocking them aside. After completing his dash his next basic on an enemy champion will fear them for 0.5/0.75/1 second. cooldown: 150/125/100
Pros: Lots of damage Large level 6 powerspike Decent AOE for assassin
Cons: Mobility lower than that of other assassins Weaker if enemies are grouped.
Counterplay Champs with mobility can dodge his e Stay together in teamfights as it will render his w and passive far less useful.
