Kirin Type= Raijou - Herald of Lightning
I posted on another thread, so I decided to bring it here.
This was talk about not enough "Animal Champs" I suggested it being cool to have a Reindeer for the season or Ent(maokai/Ivern are these things) but a Deer. ANYWHO
We don't see much lightning, so I think a Kirin with a Reindeer(Ice) and Ent Deer(Forest Spirit) style skin would be awesome. Random thoughts on abilities, yadda yadda,maybe switch Q and E around.
Passive: Lightning's Decree - This passive can take any shape. Defense, a highly unique passive that punishes attackers with debuffs, be it a DoT, or causes them to build up a 'charge' that lets the Kirin deal bonus damage or even stun them with an ability, like a Reverse Annie. As an Offensive ability, he can have a passive aura similar to Blitzcrank's when his R is up. Extremely minor, but he's a Kirin so I'm looking at a Singed like style of stacking with a Sunfire Cape.
Q - Thunder Boom - Horn Glows, A.) marking an area for a single/multi pulse AOE, that causes either a knock-up, or blows minions/champs to the outer ring. B.) Concussive sound emits from the marked area, leading to a stun.
W - Chasing Lightning - A taunt move. Activation- The Kirin leaps forward, dashing around the opposing champion(s) with a Lightning Quickness before returning to its launch position.(can be AOE with a second timer channel). The targeted/caught champion(s), will be taunted. The channel of this move can apply an aura passive should the Kirin possess one.
E. Lightning Strike - A skillshot, that branches. Shooting a beam of lightning directly ahead, any minions/champions hit will act like Lightning Rods, afflicting his passive's damage to other nearby minions/champions, or the beam itself will branch off using struck enemies like conductors.
R. Thunderous Stampede - A few ways this can go about. Charging forward like Sion or Hecarim, and applying a CC of sorts or we take a page from Kennen's Lightning Form/Hecarim's MS building Charge attack. Building MS and blasting off like a rocket, the Kirin storms across the MAP, colliding with enemies and stunning them briefly, and gets extra time for each Champion hit. Blitzcrank R's falling like a Thunderstorm following its path, leaving dare I say, a Rumble like R field that lasts X seconds in the Kirin's footsteps.
