RaTu, The Lonely Soul

_Lore: _ RaTu a creature from the void summoned by Malzahar as a "failed one" so he was abandoned the moment hhe was summoned. He was left in the desert to die. Little did Malzahar know that he can summon too. After years in the desert alone finding only hope in the food he summoned from the void. He found it, a person; he walked up to them smiling with the only creepy smile he had learned to do. The person snatched him up and put him in a sack and took him to a town in Shurima to see if anyone would take him. He peered out of the bag looked at all the people around him and jumped from it and started to run around the place like a dog. The people cowered in fear from him and he started to frown, He coughs a few words, "I want to live..." he gulped and backed down. A villager got a pitchfork and stabs RaTu in the side making him bleed black blood, he screamed and begged for his life. After a while he laid on the floor motionless but not dead. The blood from the floor shot out in every direction making the villagers run away in a frenzy. The blood returned to him making him stronger than before then he started to scavenge the bodies for the blood left. He left the town and started walking west. He met someone at the end of the desert who took him in and made him stronger. He found his way into the League Of Legends to play for blood sport and nothing else.

Abilities:

Passive: Prey the weak RaTu can jump onto any Immobilized champion or neutral monster within 600 units this ability can critically strike Damage in physical (80,130,180,230 + 60% Bonus AD) Scales at levels 1,6,11,16 Cooldown: 12,10,8,6s

Q: Latch! RaTu sends out some of his blood into a line projectile only affecting enemy champions and neutral monsters 800 range which stuns the first target hit for 1.5s and activates "Prey The Weak" even on cooldown and increases its range to 1000 Damage in Physical (60,100,140,180,220 + 50% Bonus AD) Cost: 10% of max hp temporarily (3s) Cooldown: 16,14,12,10,8s

W: Blood Spikes! RaTu sends out blood spikes in all direction 300 units around him slowing enemies hit by it by 50% for 2s and heals him per enemy champion hurt by this Damage in Magical (50,100,150,200,250 + 50% Bonus AD) Heal per enemy champion damaged: (10,20,30,40,50 + 20% Bonus AD) Cost: 20% current hp temporarily (2s) Cooldown: 6s all ranks

E: Protection...Please... RaTu locks himself on the ground and creates a shield of blood around himself making him untargetable for 2s and adding an extra effect to "Blood Spikes!" making them stun for 2s instead of slow, and after he becomes targetable again he gains a boosts of speed 40% for 3s Cost: 20% max hp, but heals back 30% (3s) Cooldown: 20,17,14,11,8s

R: Rak'Ken! RaTu summons a giant void creature from his stomach (which is a portal to the void) which stays for 25s or until it's killed, and it targets turrets, then champions, then minions RaTu has the choice to mount or dismount Rak'Ken to control him from aboard or give commands from below RaTu cannot use spells or "Prey The Weak" from aboard Rak'Ken Damage per basic in magical (100,150,200) Attack Speed (.75 , 1 , 1.25) Attack Range 300 Speed 300,325,350 Health Points (1000,2000,3000) Armor 100 Magic Resist 100

So why would you want to use the ult? It doesn't really do anything for an assassin, I mean if it gave you extra move speed or helped you burst somehow or something okay, but just summoning a pet that auto attacks stuff doesn't seem all that helpful for an assassin whose kit is designed to go in, do a lot of AoE damage and get out. You'd need to be kinda tanky to have the pet actually deal damage in order to give the pet time to deal damage.

The kit seems pretty overloaded with 2 passives an invincibility move and too high scaling's. I recommend just keeping passive 1 lowering the scaling on all 100% moves and turning the invincibility into just a 50% Ap scaling shield blocking base 100,125,150,200,275. Otherwise great concept and move set. :^)
