##LORE Amid the sea of people and the roars of the crowds, Noland threw his rope onto a building and escaped for the third time this week with his loot. This time he stolen some bread, gold jewelry, fish , and cooking utensils from the greedy vendors of the bazaar in Bilgewater. He chuckled as he heard them shouting his name with all the colorful words only expected from those fine citizens of the pirate city. As Noland walked back to his home in the ship yard, he thought of how he would divide his loot. "Illaoi would be visiting soon", he thought, "so the cookware should be a decent gift, and Gangplank stops by occasionally, so maybe he'd smile at the gold I give, or at least grunt contently, or not get drunk and violent, or at least not violent towards me". "The jewelry. Hmmm, he thought, it would great on Miss Sarah, and fish eat fish don't they? I'm sure Fizz will like anything he gets." As he walked along the alleys, he gave the bread to some orphans and headed off back to his home. It was evening now and the sun was setting over the ocean. It was a familiar set. It should have been a pleasant peaceful sight, but it brought back painful memories.

He recollected the last evening he saw his parents. His parents were Noxian mages high up in the ladder in the Noxian Government. There ultimate goal was to begin a coup and overthrow Swain. Unfortunately for them, Swain knew all along, and they were forced to flee Noxus with Noland. Seeking refuge in Bildgewater wasn't enough, and they knew that. They were aware that Swain had sent assassins to Bildgwater to execute the traitors. With that in mind, they sent Noland to their contact, a shipbuilder in the ship yard. His business was harboring all those who need refuge no matter who they were. That was his path as a follower of Nagakabouros. He remembered how Illaoi, on that evening, came into the shack were he stayed and told him of his parents death. He was just old enough to understand what had happened at all. It was the most painful moment of his life, but he stood strong nonetheless, not showing so much as a frown to the priestess. It was only until after she left that he broke down in tears.

Growing up in Bilgewater, his new home, he has built many relationships with the inhabitants: Fizz is Noland's best friend, and together they make mischief all over the town TwistedFate Graves Noland harasses the duo, annoying them without end. He looks up to them. Both Graves and TF put up with Noland and there antics because even though he annoys them, they still like him a bit. Gangplank living with Gangplank for a time and seeing him often, Noland has long considered him and uncle, even though Gangplank does not see it that way at all and even beats him occasionally in a drunken stupor. Or even sober, it is Gangplank afterall. Illaoi Noland considers her his aunt, while tough, she is there. Not compassionate or caring, but there and that is enough for him. Illaoi sees the potential in Noland and wishes to test his soul one day, knowing that he would pass MissFortune Noland has had a crush on Miss Fortune since he first laid eyes on her. They speak occasionally. She is way older than him though, so she treats him like a child. TahmKench Noland fears Tahm. When wondering into the outskirts of Bilgewater, he had a run in with the demon that left him shook. Tahm has a craving for Noland and won't stop until it is satisfied.

##ABILITIES ##[Passive] --Tether Noland starts with an item like Kalista and can choose 1 ally to place it on. Noland Gains the same experience as his tethered ally, and does not gain experience from other sources(does not share experience with his ally) (If Noland is in the bot lane with his carry that he is tethered too, the carry will not level up as if they are in a solo lane. They will only level up faster if Noland leaves the lane). Gains 25% of minion or monster gold that your tethered ally gains (Does not steal gold from your ally) (5% for champion kills) (gains no assists from the passive)


##[Q] -- Rig and Pull Noland fires two line skill shots that deal different effects based on the target they hit. Hitting Ally First Cast Noland Attaches a rope to an ally. If the ally clicks on the rope, they will get pulled towards Noland when he casts this ability for the second time. If Noland waits 1s and the ally does not click on rope, Noland will pull towards the ally. **Second Cast **Noland fires another line skill shot (can only be done before the effects of the first cast) if the second cast hits a tower, champion, minion or monster, Noland pulls himself to that. If the ally clicked on the rope before, during, or after the second cast, the ally will be pulled towards Noland

Hitting and Enemy **First Cast **Noland throws a rope at an enemy, after 1s he pulls towards the enemy. The enemy is not stunned by being hit by the rope, but when Noland collides with the target, it deals 20/30/40/50/60(45%AP) in magic damage and stuns the target for 1.2 seconds. Second Cast After the first cast, Noland will be able to fire another rope. This rope can pass through units. If the rope hits a second target before 1 second, The rope from the first cast detaches from the target, slowing them by 90% for .75 seconds and attaches to the first target. Noland then pulls himself towards the target hit with the second cast, stuns enemies in his path for 1 s dealing the same damage as the first cast. When colliding with the target, Noland knocks up the target for 1.2 seconds and deals 20/30/40/50/60(65%AP).

##[W] -- Flip of a Coin First Cast Noland flips a coin on the enemies that fires like an artiillery shot. The coin deals 10/20/30/40(20%AP) in magic damage to all enemies hit. If it hits enemies that are shielded, the coin absorbs the whole shield value. The coin returns to Noland. Second Cast Noland is able to shield his ally with the value fof the shield he stole + 50(50%AP) of his ability power. Shield boosting effects apply to this shield. The ability to cast a second time wears off in 2/2.5/2.5/3/3.2 seconds.

##[E] -- Noxian Nature Noland kicks around him in a radius dealing 50/60/70/75/80 + (40%AP)(50%AD) of your tethers ability power/attack damage. Noland Gains invisibilty afterwards and cannot cast abilities for 1 second. Noland can pass through enemies during invisabilty Cost: 80-150 | Cooldown: [17/15/13/10/9]


##[Ultimate] -- Hoist the Colors First Cast Activating this ability causes him to pull himself towards his tethered ally regardless of distance. Noland can take damage and being CC'd while traveling will cancel the ult. **Second Cast ** Noland will stop where he is as long as it is not over terrain. If the ally clicks on the rope, they will be pulled to Noland's location. Allies cannot be disabled or damaged when they are being pulled towards Noland. Allies can click on the rope if they are CC'd and being pulled cleanses all CC on the ally. Cost: 100-130 | Cooldown: [120/100/90]
