SUPRISE PARTY SHACO CONCEPT BAD ART

My little brother drew a picture of surprise party shaco where his boxes are cakes and when they are activated a head pops up, where shaco has a lollipop and a balloon sword, and he even has a slightly more clownish outfit and even though the art isn't the best and hand drawn I think the skin would have good potential and with a few tweaks might even deserve to be in the game. If not the surprise party at least a skin shaco hasn't had a new one in 2 years
