Nero, Slayer of the Tides

Nero has this special ability that lets him control liquids. With this ability he can become possibly the most dangerous and versatile champion in the game. I personally picture him as more of a ranged AP bruiser but who knows with his skillset. Speaking of which:

Passive: Tide's Blessing Nero carries around with him a big bag the he fills with water. He also is able to interact a great deal with the river seeing that it is made of water after all. Maximum water should be about 250 (Fl Oz). He uses said water to cast his abilities and can only refill his tank at the fountain, andalong the riverbank/ through his abilities;). The summoner can click the passive icon and Nero will start channeling water out of the air and into his tank, at first starting slow and the rate should increase over a period of time. If he does this while on or near the river, the rate will be extremely rapid almost instantaneous. He will becoming immobile while he channels and unable to use abilities until the summoner clicks to move him again. Nero also gets +%5/+%12/+%20 movement speed boost while on the river. (Ride the waves, bro)

Q: Douse- Nero funnels 75 water and blasts it out in a straight line in front of him and damage the first enemy it hits be it minion or champion. If its a champion, the projectile will deal 75/85/95/110/125 (+.7 ability power) and slow them for %10/%12/%15/%18/%22 for 2 seconds. If it hits a minion the projectile splash and the damage is reduced by %10 for each minion hit (minimum 45% damage) and they are all slowed. Enemies hit by this ability are wet and additional attacks to them retrieve 3/4/6/8/10 water per hit. If the enemy hit is on the river or in the Fog of War he can use another 25 water to freeze the enemy for 1 second.

W: Fog of War/Dissolve- Yes folks this genius even knows how to conjure fog but not just any fog, the Fog of War. In an area about the size of Varus' Hail of Arrows, Nero creates a fog/cloud that enemies engulfed in it will see their screen as if it is in the fog of war and no one is there. In doing this he will use 70/80/85/90/100 water. He can reactivate for 25 water this ability and dissolve and use the fog to reappear, if he attacks an enemy in the fog he will appear behind them. Doing this will blow out the fog but also heal him slightly for 40/65/85/110/145 (+.4 Ability power) Nero can also use this ability while on the river if you hold down W and click where you would like to teleport (in a range of course), this will not use any water or heal but will set it on cooldown.

E: Frost blade- Nero converts 65/70/75/80/90 water into an icy sword and losing his rad water flicking basic attack. His attacks deal +25/35/50/65/90(+.3 ability power). If Nero damages or takes damage from a champion 7 times the ice will break and he will revert back to ranged. Nero can reactivate Frostblade at anytime while in melee form to convert his weapon back into water for a partial amount depending on how worn the blade is. If Frost blade hits an enemy frozen by Douse Nero will break the stun and deal additional magic damage.

R: Sting- Nero keeps a secret canister somewhere hidden on him that is filled with acid. Upon casting Nero shoots it out in a thin line and pierces everything including Yasuo's Wind Wall and Braum's Sheild. Each enemy hit by the acid bleeds and takes 275/400/525 (+.55 ability power) magic damage and although it can pass through anything it does get used up and stops at the 5th enemy hit, if it hits one, in which case that enemy would take bleed more and take an extra 33% damage

Lemme know whatcha guys think:) I know I didn't layout any cooldowns I just hope if he is animated into the game that they are not ridiculously low except for his E that should be toggle and good Nero's should know when to calm themselves with that.
